Contract Medical - Scientific Affairs Services
Our medical affairs teams engage in the full spectrum of scientific exchange, including: new approaches to disease management; product launch campaigns; product label expansions; and best medical practice guidelines. Our service includes field based medical science liaisons, specialty medical managers, medical communications, regulatory managers and pricing reimbursement experts.
If the project is a product prelaunch we work with your team to:
- Define the strategy and objectives
- Set KPI's and project milestones
- Define the project management team
- Define the operational team – MSL's / medical / med communications and regulatory managers / market access managers and ad hoc members as per project
- Generate materials / MSL tools
- Commence field based prelaunch operations for MSL's / medical managers / building share of voice with KOL's
- Initiate registration and reimbursement operations
- Support the campaign through the medical communications team members
- Generate weekly progress reports
- Generate half yearly share of voice data for campaign metrics
- Generate registration / reimbursement data / best clinical practice data
- Generate therapeutic guideline recommendations
- Organise satellite symposia – conferences / round tables / advisory boards
- Recruit KOL's to generate position statements for payors and regulators
